Wondering About Silkie Combs and Wattles

I was surfing craigslist today, and came across someone selling silkies (not like I need anymore). The roo in the picture had a very red comb and wattles. Is this normal for silkies or does it just mean it's not that high quality of a bird? I always thought their combs were black like the rest of their skin.

Pet quality--they should have combs at least mulberry in shade-the darker the better.

Thank you for clarifying. I've just added silkies to my flock. I have 2 white one from McCallum's Flock. They're 11 weeks old and no sign of comb or wattles on either yet. I've got 2 8 week old partridge silkies from HatTrick. I guess I've gotten spoiled with some nice birds!
