My muscovy duck has a number of bill issues. The bill has several soft spots, has cuts with dirt and grime under them, and a flaky bill. I just got these ducks a few days ago from a farm where conditions were less than pleasant. I am currently treating the bill with warm water and Neosporin, but nothing is getting any better. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do to help the bill.
