Wondering if chicks that pip away from air cell usually survive without help

Not sure what the outcome will be our first chick has pipped away from. The air cell what is their chance of a successful hatch without any help?

Best thing to do is leave it be.
The danger of the chick piping on the wrong end of the egg is that they can drown because they did not internally pip into the air cell. But if yours has externally pipped which it looks to have done and is breathing air, it has already passed that danger so hopefully it’ll hatch fine.

Without any help, little to none.
I would turn the egg pointed end up, if it breaks through the membrane, at least it won't drown in the fluids that will surround and leak out through the pipped hole.
There are several threads on here about malpositioned chicks and how to handle those situations. Good luck with your hatch.

About 50-50.
Gotta keep an eye on them and remember that it's like an external pip so will take longer until they zip/pop.
