Definitely don't give up hope just because of no movement. I've probably done about 15 hatches now and I only rarely see the eggs actually wiggle until they are already zipping. And they can come out fast too. Last hatch I had I checked on them at 10 pm and nothing happening. Got up at 6:30-7 am and had 28 little peepers out. Fingers crossed for you.
