Old fashion way cant afford a incubator.
I was estatic.
Mommy on the other hand is FIERCE...
If she was a biggie Hen.
I may fear for my eyeballs.
3 Sunday 2 Monday and 1 Tuesday.

My other broodie sitting on 5 and I feel sorry for her.

I have a spectacular chickie family

Of course my super spoiled rotten.
I don't know why they say Sultans are not layers, she has 5 to 6 a week.
She sleeps on the bedside table.

Your chickens are beautiful.
Quite often bad layers equates to broody often. Sometime though, the breed overall are bad layers, and you end up with a great one. I had an EE who would usually lay an egg per week, but my newer girls both lay around 5-6 per week.

To cute! I wish my hens would catch on that I want chicks......(haven't had a broody mamma in 3 years
