Just have a micro egg and was curious to know why my hen would lay this and what’s inside?

Mini yolk and white?

All yolk?

All white?

lol I don’t want to crack it yet because it’s so cute.

Sometimes it's the first ever eggs a hen lays. Usually, it's just one or two days but sometimes it can last for a week or more, then suddenly they're normal.

Looks like a fart egg, if a hen is just coming back into lay or you have a new layer, it's not an uncommon glitch. Most likely it'll be all white in there or white with a tiny yolk.

Congrats on the fairy egg! These happen sometimes, they're one of the common variations seen especially in new layers. Usually they're all albumen.

Fairy egg! I would say that it will be a yolk and white because thats what mine have been like

Fairy, fart, wind, rooster eggs are usually from a tiny piece of tissue breaking loose from the reproductive tract, or an immature ova(yolk) and the body forms an egg around it. Color can be darker than 'normal' as the pigment coating released has to cover a much smaller area so is thicker. Can happen with any age layer, but more common with older layers.
