Wonky yolks

Why are all my eggs doing this? I hard boiled them in the instant pot. They did this last time too.

Have you tried just boiling them in a pan......or in a pan with a steamer rack?

Don't use instant pot for eggs it always comes out weird. Plus it's a pressure pot.

It gets such good reviews, but next time I'll try the old fashioned way.

Stove top direction, boil on high flame for 10 minutes then turn off flame and put a lid let it sit for 5 minutes.

I do somewhat similar method...boil for 8 minutes, cover and sit for 5. Then I drain water, shake pan around to crack the shells up, fill pan with cold water and let eggs sit for a bit. I still get some that don't peel well. I also do try and not use the oldest eggs dozen eggs for other usage and save them just for boiling.
