wont eat pellets

i bought my chickens their feed and came home and realized it was pellet. they are used to crumble and i introduce them to pellets bc i accidentally boyghth them. my chickens are 1 year and 7 months and still wont eat pellets how can i make them eat it or should i add water.

You can add a little water to create mash or crush the pellets some. It takes a bit for them to learn to eat pellets vs crumbles

Is this the same feed you normally use, just pelleted instead of crumble? You can try adding some water, or just roughly crush up a bit of it to get them to eat it and start transitioning from there.
