Won't Let Me Bid High on Auction

While bidding on an auction, I tried to bid for $25 but it only let me get to $11.75, I think. I haven't bid before, only "buy it now"-ed. Thanks for the help.

So if no one else bids, you should win at $11.75. If someone else bids, they have to bid at least $25.25 to outbid you.
