Won't open foot and hobbles on ankle.

Hey, I have not been on in here in awhile.. Life happens...
I have a four month old RIR hen that has all of a sudden quit opening her foot and hobbles around on her ankle acts like her leg is hurting also .. I have checked it out and it feels like nothing is broken any ideas..? how do you tell if a hip is out of joint? there are other chickens in coop older and same age.. I have had her in the hospital coop alone for the past 2 weeks and it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
