Won't use the nesting box?

Is there a way to get a hen to stop laying in an odd spot, and start laying in the nesting box? I have a hen that lays behind a round hay bail and the wall. I could probably board it so she can't get to it. But would she lay with the rest of the hens then, or find a new spot?

Try putting a wooden egg in the nest box. It will show them where they should lay their eggs. I did that to train my girls when they were first laying. And def block the area where she is laying, and any new area you think she will lay
