I have a 6-7 month old Sapphire Gem pullet who started limping on one foot the other day. Today I found her under the hanging feeder so I picked her up and set her down and she flopped forward. She won't stand or walk and it looks like shes been on the ground all night bc she ha poop on her back from the birds who were roosting. No visible injuries that I can see. I did set her down to inspect her and 2 other older hens came over and immediately started pecking on her head. Help please!

The first day I noticed her limping she was sitting with her foot straight out in front of her but now she’s like head heavy

Do you have chicken feed? I would take out the cat food, since it has way too much protein, and put chicken feed in with her. Sorry about your pullet, but you may be seeing signs of Mareks disease. Hopefully it is not, but her symptoms and her age would make it probable. Other hens may attack a chicken that shows signs of Mareks, so she needs to be kept separate in a dog crate, but she can remain with them. It is possible that they hurt her, perhaps jumped on her back, which has affected her legs, but that is only a guess. Giving the B vitamins and helping her to eat and drink are good. Mushy chicken feed with a lot of water added is sometimes a good way to get water into them. What do her poops look like? Here is some information on Mareks:
