In spite of a neighbor who tried to sabotage my application for Chickens, I received my permit today. Now all I have to do is pay the tax (fee) and I'm licensed! Starting with 2, and increasing to as many as allowed per acre. Maybe someday I'll have 31 hens (and 1 Roo).
