Woo hoo! Metzer Farms came through!

I got my newest duckies this morning! And 2 geese too! I ordered a male and a female welsh harlequin, 2 blue runners, 2 buff geese male/female pair, and then I ordered 4 assorted ducklings to make my 10. They sent me 2 rouens and 3 buff orpingtons! YAY!

I figured I'd get a bunch of pekins, but nope, I got some new breeds to play with! Not that there is anything wrong with pekins, I just already have 5, I'm excited to see how these new breeds do.

Here's the update with photos! Bad news though, my little female welsh didn't make it. I ran to the store, came back and she was dead. Metzer farms said they'll send me a replacement though, so while disheartening, not horrible.

Sorry about the poo on the walls, ducks are messy!
