MPC does rock, doesn't it! I want a few Silkie chicks and EE chicks now... oh I'm selling my RIR all except a few.

I actually think there might be a few EE's in there, MPC said there might be a few subs for RIR's in there... does anyone know if RIR chicks can have chipmunk stripes on thier backs?

ClairedeLune~ I would be sad too if I had to sell some of mine. They might sub with EE but hey you might get some pretty eggs!

I really like MPC I was very nervous about ordering chickens online because I didn't know anything about them or chickens. But they were great and everything worked out, I had to wait an extra week because we didn't want subs.

WE ORDERED THE EXACT SAME CHICKENS!!! Easter eggers, australorps, and wyandottes! Only I got three of the ee's and wyandottes.

Mine seem old compared to your's. *They're 6 weeks*

newchickmom09, yes, you have identified your chicks correctly in my opinion. The various breeds we ordered from MPC 2 yrs ago have been fabulous pets and great layers.

Your last EE that is really blonde in color looks sooo much like one we got from MPC. In my pic, take a look at the hen that's on the bottom row, third in. She's mainly white with some brown splash. We really didn't think she was an EE for awile when she was a chick and I sent pics to MPC for ID and they confirmed she was in fact an EE. We named her Surprise since we didn't know what breed she was at first.

Also, you'll see that hen #2 in on the bottom row is what you're GL Wyandotte will look like & #4 hen in is what your BA hen will look like.
