Wood and Mandrain Duck Eggs Needed!!

I know a breeder close to me that will have some in the spring but they only lay from maybe April-July around here. If we havea mild enough winter (which I don't think we will have this year( they could lay as early as January.

I have never seen a hatchery sell them because most of the hatcheries are only middle men when it comes to this type fo waterfowl.

Unless you have alot of experience and the right set up they are very hard to hatch on your own. The mother needs to set on them for about 7 days before they are put into an incubator. You are going to pay just about as much for an each as and adult so I personally would go with the adults. If you get eggs and hatch them you would have to then get other birds so that the male/females weren't related.
