Wood chips mixed in with cedar

We bought some pine wood chips for our chicken run & after I dumped it I realized it had some cedar chips mixed in with it. From what I've read about it being harmful to chickens should I get it out or since it's more pine then cedar can I just leave it? It's only in the run & not the coop... Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I routinely mix a small amount of cedar shavings in with the pine to lower the infestation of lice/mites and make it smell better. I don't over do it, just a small mount which doesn't seem to cause them any harm. Their coop is pretty airy, so the smell doesn't get strong and over powering.
