And yes, I should have cleaned the outside of the pvc!
 
Nice. I have something similar and I love it. Save time feeding by filling A LOT less often.
Yes, you could clean the PVC, but they are chickens, they will dirty it up again anyway

The pvc is on the outside with an easy access filling top.
