wooo.. we made an offer now it's in escrow!!

woooo after idk how many years my parents are finally able to buy a house!! we had a rough search in norco, ca. we had made an offer on a cheap house that wel fell in love with and there were people before us. so we kept the search going and we found one that was put on the market the same day we saw it and immediately put in offer in!! my dad wasn't too stoked, but we got him turned around!! we went a signed papers on monday and got just a call that the house is in escrow starting today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm soooooo excited. tons of room for my ducks, to get some chickens, and a horse!!! and the best thing about it.... IT HAS A POOL!!!!!!!! the first house they bought and lost had a pool!! i haven't had one in years!!!! i'm stoked!!!!!

what mom doesn't know won't hurt her right..? LOL i'm kidding. i will post pics as soon as we get moved in and set up (i don't have chickens..... yet

) i have an incubator i'm itchin to use. i got it for christmas and it's still in the box

my mo said "not till we move!" escrow closes around march 25th
