Woot Woot! My peeps are here!

Just had to share the exciting news that my 5 peeps arrived safe and sound via express mail today! I am a new mama to a buff orpington, silver-laced wyandotte, golden-laced wyandotte, australorp and salmon favorelle!

All of the babies are doing well; only the Salmon is a tad 'dull' - she's eating and drinking but has a wee bit of diarrhea. She's not pasting though so that's good. I'm saying a little prayer that she perks up!

I am wasting too much time standing beside the brooder watching them run about and listening to their happy little 'peeps'!

Oh - how CUTE!!!

I used the same stock tank brooder. Looked HUGE at first with the little itty bitties.

But just wait till they start scratching and flying around. You'll love the space.

I love the little one in the last pic just flopped down snoozin! With my first ones they would all be laying everywhere and I'd have to make a noise to make sure they were ok!
