Argyria. Argyria is a condition that causes your skin and mucous membranes (the lining of parts of your body) to turn blue to gray. This is the result of silver building up in your body. You can get this condition if you have frequent exposure over time to microscopic silver compounds that absorb into your body.

I once worked in a series of display gardens that were open to the public. One of my jobs was conducting tours through the gardens. On one of my tours there was an azure blue lady. Perfect health, apparently, yet a bright blue.

Some quackery about collodial silver made the news recently because of this. And then there was papa smurf who turned blue in 2008? he died about 10 years ago.

I love the color blue but I certainly don't want to be that color!

I use colloidal silver sometimes but not every day. Its great stuff, but yeah blue/gray skin would not be attractive
