Nice run...except the fencing on the ground could cause foot injuries.
If it's to deter digging predators and apron around the outside would be much better.

Will run have a solid roof?
What about the run off from the coop roof?

Agree with an apron around the outside and take the wire up inside the run. Look up deep litter, it will work good in that run. Also wondering about rain run off. It may drop down into the rocks, not sure how much it will effect the run in that area.
