We're still working on it. We've got 96 feet outside for 12 chickens, but we have 96 feet inside, too.

Well, we had the cedar shed and it's stained with a tinted water sealer. So the run is cedar, too, and I used the same stain. We need another coat on there still. We've since finished staining the door and the ramp.

The only thing I have left to do on the inside is build the nest boxes. I'm waiting for someone in my family with talent (dad or brother) to come help with those.

I've got the door on a track with a cable that runs outside so I can shoo them in and then close it from outside.

I built a ladder type roost with roosts at 18", 30", and 42". I hope those work out ok. I imagine I'll have to have the nest boxes pretty low.​

For the moment, he's just obeying. I imagine he's salivating, though. He wants in there.

We've got 12 White Rocks as far as I can tell. It's too bad you can't just pick a couple of these and a couple of those. I'd love to have a little more assortment, but I don't think I've got any room for any more.
