The bible does say nobody will know the hour or the day, but it also says there will be signs to look out for, one being the rebuilding of Jerusalem, which has happened
So, some of the bible prophecies are coming true.
Daniel 9:25
Know therefore and understand,
that from the going forth of the command
to restore Jerusalem
Until Messiah the Prince,
There shall be seven weeks and sixty-
two weeks
the street shall be built again, and the
wall,
Even in troublesome times.
Israel was formally reestablished in the family of nations in May 1948. The "weeks" are considered symbolic of years. So the 70 weeks prophecy should end with the Messiahs return around 2018. This passage is out of context, and a few verses below it explains the missing week, verse 27.
While the bible, via Jesus own words, explicitly states no one can know the day, or hour, it does not say no one can know the year, the age, the generation, etc. Those who would say otherwise, are simply false prophets, of which they were also prophecied about in the end times.
To say that this guy knows the day, is actually very antichristian, it's sacreligious, and folks who claim to be followers should know better...but that would mean they were actually REALLY followers to begin with. Anyone can call themselves anything. But I can't call myself a Christian if I don't have a working relationship with God, and I can't have that relationship if I don't study His word...which plainly states the above.
I wouldn't cancel any appointments folks
