Fry the egg, pop the yolk so that it spreads out and frys hard.

Fry one slice of baloney, split it so it doesn't curl

You need really fresh white bread, so fresh that it sticks to the roof of your mouth.

Spread mustard to taste on both slices of bread. Add hard fried egg, and fried baloney.

Now, top the egg and baloney with the secret ingredient, Heinz 57 sauce.

It may sound strange, but my grandmother made these for me when I was a kid.
 
Need a slice of cheese (cheddar or American) on that and mayo instead of mustard and lots of black pepper. Never tried the Heinz 57 sauce on one. Sounds interesting.
