Worm in poop?

Hey all, have a flock of five which recently grew to 8. I’ve treated the pullets with Corrid as a precaution prior to introducing and have waited three weeks before fully integrating. The ladies have all been recently treated with ivermectin. Today, I found what looks to be a type of work in one of their poops. Have not seen this before in any of their other stools and wondering what I need to do. Thanks in advance!

About three weeks ago for the first days, then followed up with the second dose 10 days after (because I was traveling). I’ve never seen a round worm before so appreciate the identification and any other info or suggestions you can share.
