Worm in water identification?

Oregon (Northwest, Clackamas County)
This water is primarily for our livestock but I just cleaned it out and there were a couple hundred of these worms on the bottom. I don't know if they are some sort of intestinal parasite that I need to be super concerned about or if they're just some sort of water bug maggot. Any help is appreciated.

I live in Oregon if it helps

Edit to add, this is a backup water not my primary water source so I wasn't paying attention to it. They do drink from it especially our dogs but our dogs drink from anything
 
They look like insect larvae but I can’t see them clear enough in the picture. Not maggots bur like moth larvae or something like that.
