Worm or Worms?

    Probably not a post for the "senstive of stomach":

    One of my hens did a poo right outside our back door. I got a watering can full of water to wash it away ( it was quite watery and runny) I noticed something in that looked strange so upon closer inspection, I saw a worm in it! This wasn't a thin, white worm but like a real proper garden worm. There was another that looked partially digested.

    My questions is this:
    Could it be that it actually was a garden worm that had not got digested properly or do some "parasitic" worms look like garden worms? As far as I know our girls have not had worms so I have no idea if they all look the same ( white and thin?).
