Wormed with Wazine will worm again in 2 wks 3 days before chicks hatch

I am worried that it will cause issues with the chicks.. We have wormed them with wazine and have some purchased fertilized eggs under our one broody hen, they are in the same coop but fenced in the corner. Will there be issues with worm eggs or anything in the coop after they have been wormed? Are the chicks at risk of worms being so close to when they are born? Thanks!
