Wormer?

I used valbazen (albendazole) last year. I had intended to skip this year, but had a hen acting poorly so I went ahead and wormed; this time using ivermectin.
I personally don't see any benefit to worming more than once a year as most animals, chickens included, can handle a small worm load without any trouble.

No. Since both valbazen and ivermectin are cattle/sheep wormers and are used "off-label" to worm chickens, there's no specified egg withdrawel time. After talking with quite a few people that used either one or the other of these wormers for their chickens, I found that most discard the eggs for two weeks.
ETA: During my research on wormers, I found that valbazen is frequently used to treat humans with worms.
