Worming chickens

I have dirt in my coop floor and every rain it gets wet the worming worked but I still have chickens with diarrhea and when I collect eggs I get itchy little bites that itch forever Kim guessing mites I can't see anything any help on this.

I'd treat everyone and the entire coop weekly, for three straight weeks, with permethrin.
