How do I worm my chickens they are now laying I am putting them in new coop I just bought but how do I worm them..I'm using de for mites n lice cus there are wild chickens in several areas on ranch so these 5 were abandoned n being attacked by wild chickens so I'm gonna buying layer crumbles meal worms etc but need to know how to worm cus 1 when has pale comb but she is a good layer

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. It's best not to worm unless you actually see worms in their poo or you have a fecal exam(vet) show postive and a particuliar type of worm. DE folks tend to be divided - about half and half love vs hate. I wasted money on DE many years ago and it didn't do anything. Wormers can be harsh, and to use the wrong type of wormer can be useless at best, or harmful when not needed.

Kiki is right about DE.

Valbazen is a good worm medicine but you should have a float test done first before treating. The tests are cheap and any vet that does a float test for other pets can do one for you. You might not want to tell them it is for a chicken though!

Welcome!
Do you live in the US?
If so get Permethrin to treat for lice and or mites...DE is garbage and won't help.
Thanks yes I'm in Phoenix Az I rent on a horse ranch cus I have an older horse and I found these baby chicks being attacked by the flock by the barn other horse owners said they were being attacked for days so I've raised them and wish to keep them apart from feral chickens on ranch so I bought a coop can I buy that at feed store is it spray or powder
