Worming chickens..??

After reading even more about chickens, I realized I hadn't thoght about worming chickens. I am strict about worming my animals, so I need to know about worming chickens. I still don't have my chicks yet. But they'll come in May, I just want to be ready for anything.

At what age do you start worming?
How often do you worm them?
How do you know if they have worms?
What do you worm them with??
and Do you use the same type wormer every time?

Okay... nevermind. I just found the excellant thread about worming, when and how... I don't know why I couldn't find this before I posted the question. I guess I just didn't type in the right thing. I did try tho. Sorry to be a repeat, but thats what happens with newbies!

It is ok to ask questions, lotsa friendly folks here to help you. I never use chemical wormers on my chickens. I use pumpkin seeds in the fall and once a month I mix cayenne pepper into scrambled eggs and give that to them. I read both of those here on BYC.
