Worming liquid

I know you can get pellets and liquid that you put straight into the water, but I'm wondering if there is a wormer that you can syringe straight into their mouths?

Valbazen and Safeguard liquid are two dewormers that are often given orally, straight into the chicken's beak. However, I don't think these wormers are available in England, so they probably wouldn't be an option for you.
