Worming med - safe to eat?

Yesterday we had to cull a rooster somewhat unexpectedly and I had just wormed the flock 24 hours before. I know you cannot eat the eggs for 2 weeks once you have wormed but does the worming med affect the meat as well? I have this guy in freezer camp and late last night it dawned on me that I may have to toss him - does anyone know if I need to?
