Like the city, i have visited someone today who used to work at a hatchery few years ago, he said it seems the chicks need more protein in their diet, he suggested %28, so i got new feed for them as he rights for me and i will see what happens for the hatched chicks. He said peachicks can depend on their yolk up to 6 days, and thats why they died after one week. I thought chicks only depend on their yolk for 48 hours after hatching. But he also agreed that some of the chicks died of coccidiosis. I hope this new feed with their new brooder solve the problem. This is very odd, whaere do you get their water from? i mean are you on a well or do you get water from elsewhere like the city?
