Worming treatments do take a toll on the birds digestive system. If your bird is eating and drinking normally, isn't moulting and has no other health problems then while not ideal, another course won't kill them.
If you've been using Flubenvet pellets as a wormer on a regular basis (two or three times a year for example) it is possible the worms have built some resistance to it.
For people who worm as a routine a few times a year then it is wise to alternate between worming products to help prevent the worms building immunity.
I take it you are in the UK or Europe given the product you are using (?)
An alternative wormer which will treat round worm that can be bought in the UK is Panacure for rabbits or goats.
