Worming the uncatchable hens

I cannot catch my hens to deworm them (except the sick one). Planning to use valbazem. Any suggestions? Help!

If I am treating squirmy chickens for something I grab them off the roost at night after dark. I often have someone else help and hold the flashlight. Good luck and best wishes to your flock!

Go out after dark and they are easy to pick up off the roost.

I can try that-these are all adopted chickens and seem literally terrified of humans. Is there anyway this wormer can be fed on something? Like soaking a little piece of bread?

Like everyone said grab em at night. It will be epic, they will scream like you are stabbing them. Wish I could watch. Wormer has to be given in the correct dose. If you can ensure they are getting the right dose I really don't think there is a wrong way to worm. If you don't get the correct dose you start to create wormer resistant parasites.

That can work well, but you need to be able to feed them from your hand, so you can make sure each hen gets her dose, and nobody elses.
