worms and chicken poo

can anyone tell me how long it takes for wormers to work in chickens,basically ive only had my 11 chickens for about 6 weeks,was told they didnt need worming for a few months,but one of my chiens got really poorly with gapeworm went to the vets and hes now fine,but because some of the others were showing slightly same symptoms the vet told us to worm the lot now,weve been worming them for 3days now,with flubenvet and one of them has done a thick yellow poo.is this normal with worms??

Thick yellow poo is classic for worms.

I don't know how long it takes for wormers to work.
