I read that for these worms (Oxyspirura mansoni) that you should put 3 drops of ivermectin or levamisole into the chicken's eyes everyday for 3 days or until the worms are gone. Hope that helps.

That wont treat migrating eyeworm larva internally, see post #7. It would be best to worm monthly after initial treatment to break the eyeworms lifecycle.
