Worms in chicken poop...

Are you seeing tapeworm segments in the droppings? Do you have pictures? Most people just treat for typical worms—round, cecal, and the more rare gape and capillary worms. Tapeworms are more rare. Praziquantel is the best treatment for tapeworms. Valbazen is the best if not tapeworms. It settles out in water. It should be shaken very well before drawing up each dose.
Come to think of it, I haven't seen any tapeworm segments in the droppings lately. But I did last summer and fall. I am now remembering I may have used Praziquantel at some point after all. However, from a recent fecal float test, there were some tapes. The vet said it was low, but it was just one specific hen. However, I've seen cecal worms and roundworms lately.

Since Valbazen doesn't treat tapeworms in poultry, I just used Safeguard paste which I also had on hand since I don't feel as confident about the syringing liquid everyone. However, I ran out after 2 days of dosage. I have 34 chickens (6 roosters). Should I just get another tube or just start over Praziquantel. The vet recommended Aquasol, which we also used last year, because it's approved for poultry. So I could do that again, but it was hard to know wheter everyone drank enough.
