Worms in chicken poop!

Hello! I noticed these little worms in my chicken’s poop during feeding time. What should I do, treatment wise? And what kind of worms are they? Thank you!

If you know which bird excreted the Proglottids, that's the only bird that will need treatment. There's no need to worm all your birds when it comes to tapeworms, only the ones showing Proglottids in feces.
 
Those are Tapeworm Proglottids, so you need to use Praziquantel to treat Tapeworms.

You can find Equimax horse paste at TSC or similar farm stores.

Dose is 0.033ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10-14days.
Yes that's a good treatment. Something to aid that along though would be to give them some herbs like garlic and oregano in their water. Maybe some apple cider vinegar if you have it to.

Equimax will do the job just fine without the herbs nor ACV.
I've dealt with tapeworms quite a few times in chickens.
