I have had chickens for 3 years.I add powdered garlic, oregano, and red chile flakes to their feed. I have never de wormed them. My question is do all chickens get worms and should I treat for worms even if I dont see any signs.

All chickens are exposed to worms, but not all chickens exhibit signs of overload. No need to treat it there are no signs of infestation.

If you are occasionally concerned, take a poop sample to a local vet and ask them to do a fecal float test for you. That will show if you have something to worry about. Most vets will do a fecal float test for relatively cheap even if they don't see chickens.

All chickens that have outdoor access have worms, it's just when the load becomes high do you see worms in poop.
You can get a fecal done or do it yourself, it's fairly simple with a microscope.
Garlic, chili flakes and oregano won't do anything to worms and are slightly toxic to chickens.
