It's probably about 2 inches long. We just got a small bag from Tractor Supply.

No, it’s just two of us in the house and we only give them their food and dried mealworms once in a while. I hope you’re right and it is just an earthworm

Hello everyone, I have 4 chicks who are about 4 weeks old. I've never raised chicks before (usually get pullets) and we found a dead worm (I think) in their enclosure. Can someone tell me from the pic what type of worm this is and what I can do to make sure they aren't badly infested? Aren't they too young to treat? I'm not feeding them medicated feed if that helps.

It is typically fairly harmless; however, it may have a black head disease that generally affects turkeys and sometimes chickens and pea birds. Tapeworms occasionally affect or cause problems with chickens.
