So just squirt it in their mouth with a syringe, kind of like you do with cats, rights? Sorry, never given my chickens meds before lol.

Equimax is a soft paste. It can be drawn with a syringe without a needle.
Have someone hold the hen for you firmly, preload your syringe. Then pull the wattles down and her mouth will open. Shoot the paste out of the syringe into her mouth and quickly let go of her wattles so she can swallow the paste. Release her and reload your syringe for the next hen....and so on. Easy peasy.

I hold them like a running back with a football, so to speak, with the head forwards and use that same hand to pull the wattles down and use my other hand to squirt the syringe. Its harder for me to catch my white leghorns than to dose them.

Waiting until nighttime and taking them off the roost in the dark while wearing a headlamp is the best time to give medicine to a chicken.

That's exactly what I do. I like to go out in the coop early in the morning when it's still dark and snatch them off the roost one by one, I have a small ultraviolet flashlight that I use. They're more calm with the ultraviolet light than a regular flashlight. The wormings go quick.
