Worms & Lice & a Very Sick Bird

So sorry to hear about all your problems which make mine pale by comparison. I have sand in my run too as research has found that it harbours less bacteria than any other substrate as it desicates the nasties and also keeps hens feet clean etc as long as you have a roof so it stays dry. When I go into the run and see runny poop I pour more sand over it. I do the same when they free range around my patio too as it stops flies, dries it up and stops my dog walking in it (!)
I can't really afford a vet (eg $100 per consult and antibiotics) but sometimes it's the only answer and in the UK we can't get hold of proper wormer or antibiotics apart from the vet. One of my hens had bumble foot and an abscess and I tried all sorts or DIY surgery and things but in the end she needed a big dose of antibiotics. My garden is clay and gets waterlogged so I've got my run on a raised up area of ground with sand on and the coop is on stilts. I put flagstones around the outside and a corrugated tin roof on the top to keep it all dry.
I've used ivermectin to treat northern mite which is usually hen specific but it took about 3 rounds till I got it all. Even though I add a bit of organic apple cider in their water I had to get proper strong wormer stuff from the vet to put in their water as he said the pellet feeder that you can get that is supposed to include wormer isn't strong enough to be effective. I do have red mite indicator tubes in the coop just in case any survive the dt earth.
Got a sick hen in the house at the moment and I really feel for you but hang in there as these fixes don't sort themselves out overnight and your dedication must surely pay off. Please keep us updated. On the upside, you'll be an expert at the end of all this and could have a chicken bestseller !

Update:
I got L-200 and have been dosing R with it since last night as a last-ditch effort to save her. I went out to give her some this morning and ended up finding one eye crusted over. I got some warm paper towels to try to wipe it and ended up having to gently pull out 2 quarter-inch sized chunks of congealed puss. 🤮🤮🤮

Also I found blood? Under one of the roosts From another chicken.
TREAT EVERYONE WITH CORID NOW.

The Ivermectin is supposed to kill the lice too, that's why I ended up choosing that product. Only one has/had what I think was sour crop. She's the one who's failing. How do you use the monistat for that? I don't know for sure if it's a respiratory infection or just gapeworm... I have cross referenced their symptoms repeatedly and felt it best to work on the worms since I've actually seen them in their poop.
Ivermectin is NOT good for deworming...for lice yes but NOT worms.

Well, it isn't a broad spectrum wirmer, but it does kill ascarids and others.

I suggested Corid a few posts back. Can OP do that safely while treating with the LA-200? I imagine so since LA-200 is an antibiotic and Corid is an antiparasitic.

Update...

Two nights ago there was a door opened at the wrong time incident and my dog got hold of my biggest bird and killed her. 😭

Everyone's been on Corid and R (the very sick one) was given a full round of LA-200 (yes, I had a typing error earlier) but when I went out to the coop this morning, she was laying on her side in the coop and couldn't even get right side up to get down to the run. I ended up deciding to put her down. I've been hand feeding and giving her fluids and electrolytes in a sryinge, and she's just continued to deteriorate. 😭

So...
Worms- everyone else is showing signs of improving.
Lice- haven't seen any more after using the ivermectin and a heavy hand with the FSL.
Cocci- being treated.
Respiratory infection- R is gone. L is showing signs so I started her on the LA-200 yesterday.
Mites, because of course my coop has those now too- I don't know what the heck they are. They're tiny and red and absolutely everywhere in my coop. I don't see any on the chickens but they're EVEERRRYWHERE.

Silver lining: I smacked my dog gently but firmly with a broom to get her to drop the chicken she ran off with, and she's been on her absolute best behavior since. She now trots beside me to the coop and sits outside patiently. When I open the back door to let her out, she will run most of the way to the coop, then stop, turn and make eye contact with me, and run back. She has a super high prey drive, so this is huge progress, despite what it took to achieve it.

The mites or whatever, lol. I grabbed some with tape and used my 6yo son's microscope... Unfortunately I still can't tell what they are! Haha 🤷🏼
