Is there anything that will treat chickens for all of these at once? I thought I remembered reading that ivomec will. If so, what kind, and how much?

I don't think (I could be wrong) that there's a one-size-fits-all solution for all 3 types of parasites.

Have you tried doing a BYC serach (in the blue title bar) on ivomec?

create a dust bath using sand, top soil and DE, also add DE to their feed. It works on all of them and it is safe to use as its not a chemical.
