I have never had this problem before with flock. This year early spring, some of my girls started to look funny feather wise. I thought hmmm, molting early. So I left it at that, not many of them have runny poo and there feathers look so bad. Many of them dont have feathers around their vents, and they look shaggy and one girl is super course feathers around her neck and many are missing. I am not sure if this could mites or worms.

I did spray the inside of the coop with a yard natural garden bug killer. It mostly had clove oil and peppermint oil. I did read it helps kill things off, but I am not sure what else to do. Should I worm everyone just to be on the safe side. I did give some of them a bath and got them cleaned up. HELP....

You shouldn't act without knowing what is wrong.
Have a fecal sample read to determine if they have worms and what kind so you know what anthelmintic to use.
As for lice/mites, inspect them. You should be able to see them or their nits or feces and treat accordingly.
If you see none, go to the coop well after dark with another person and a strong flashlight. Look for roost mites that hide during the day and only get on the bird at night.

Worms shouldn't affect feathering.
