Worms? Or something else?

Hello! One of my four day old chicks just pooped this out... it looks a little like works, or an organ?? . It’s not moving, so maybe not worms? Help!!!! As far as I can tell, they are all active, eating and drinking. There is usually one that stays under the heat plate while the others eat and drink, but I can’t tell if it’s always the same one??? Please help!!!!!!

At least 2 them have had brown, runny droppings as well, but I was hoping it wasn’t that big of a deal

Really? Thanks! In the past it’s been more solid and dark with the white cap, so I wasn’t sure. Tysm for peace of mind!

Poop varies a lot. That just looks like normal chick poop to me.
