Just found this in the run. Can anyone identify what this is. They are moving, so I'm sure it's some kind of worms. I also need to know what is the best treatment for this.

The dose for Equimax horse paste it .03ml per each pound.

Pea size may be too much depending on what kind of peas you are familiar with.

Yes. We had a lot of flies this summer. Is that how they got them?

I think what you're seeing are fly maggots on the poop and not tapes.
 
I agree that it appears to be tapeworm segments. Equimax is less expensive that Zimectrin Gold. The dosages are different, so you might want to look at post 2 here for the different dosages:
